In general, jogging strollers have a welded metal frame and high quality wheels. They generally come with three wheels – two in the back, and one in the front. To make running comfortable, the front wheel should be fixed. Some of the higher quality and more expensive strollers come with a front wheel that swivels when being used casually, but can then lock in place when you want to go for a run.

Good double jogging strollers will have passenger seats that are wide and high, and are capable of reclining all the way down in case your children need a nap. The seat should not be too high off the ground. Make sure you purchase a stroller that meets the weight requirement of your children.
